Who provides the service

Details marked as "Pending" will be completed once the holding company is incorporated. Until then, any query is handled at the email address and WhatsApp number given.

What you're hiring

You pay an initial setup fee upfront and, from then on, a monthly fee for as long as you keep the service active. The prices shown on the website are public and exclude VAT. Before we start working, we send you a firm quote in writing, so you know exactly what you'll pay.

No tie-in

There's no tie-in: you can cancel whenever you like, giving 30 days' notice by WhatsApp or email. The fee for the month you cancel in isn't refunded, but we won't charge you for a single month beyond what was agreed.

Your domain and your data

The domain is always registered in your name, never ours. The menu, the bookings, the orders and your customers' data are yours from day one. If you cancel, we export everything to CSV so you don't depend on us to keep running.

Changes and support

We include two content changes a month (text, photos, hours, prices) at no extra cost. We provide support Monday to Friday, 9am to 8pm. Critical issues, such as the website being down or bookings and orders not working, are also handled at weekends.

Backups and availability

We make backups daily. Our uptime target is 99.5% monthly, and if we need to stop the service for maintenance we'll give you at least 24 hours' notice.

Payments

The setup fee is paid by bank transfer or card before we start. The monthly fee is charged by direct debit or card on the 1st of each month. If payment is 15 days overdue, we suspend the website until it's settled.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute we can't resolve by talking, the parties submit to the courts of the consumer's place of residence.
